Frequently Asked Question

What logo files do you need, and what quality is best?

For the cleanest print result, we recommend:

  • Best: PDF / AI / SVG (vector)
  • Also OK: PNG (high resolution, transparent background)
  • Avoid if possible: small screenshots or low-resolution JPGs

If your file isn’t perfect, no problem, send what you have. Our support team will advise what’s needed to make it work.

How does the branding / design approval process work?

After you place your request or order:

  • You upload your logo or artwork
  • Our team prepares a digital mockup (or print-ready proof if needed)
  • You review and approve the design
  • Production starts only after approval

We never produce without your final confirmation.

Can I combine different products in one order?

Yes. You can mix different accessories in one order. If you’re building a full assortment or counter display setup, our team can help you select the right combination for your shop and customer profile.

Is the price final, and what’s included?

Yes, the price shown on the product page is the production price per piece at your selected quantity.
Typically included:

  • Product + standard production
  • Branding/printing (if the product supports it)
  • Basic quality control

Shipping and any special requests (if applicable) are handled at checkout / order confirmation. If you’re building a full counter assortment, we can also help you combine products into a practical package.
