How long do I have quarantee on the products?

You can check the gerenal terms & conditions here: the https://schildinc.com/policies/terms-of-service. We want to deliver high quality products with the best service. But if there's a problem, we do anything to fix it!

Do you provide a track & trace code for shipping?

Yes we do! We inform you with the tracking code as soon as the order is shipped.

How do I change my delivery adress?

Please put the new shipping info in the additional information box and we will change them.

Can I change my design and how much does it cost?

Yes! You can tell us your changes in the additional text. If the changes has to be made by us or when they are very complex, we have to charge 40 euro per review (order quantity <1.000 pcs).
