The right of withdrawal is excluded on the products supplied by Schild Inc BV as these are products manufactured according to the customer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the customer and/or or which are clearly intended for a specific person;

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The custom products (personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
