Technical Vector File Guide (For Designer)

Fonts & Text

  • Convert all fonts to outlines (curves) before sending.
  • If you can't do this, please attach the original font file .otf, .ttf with your logo.

🧠
Fonts embedded in non-editable formats (like JPGs or PNGs) often lose accuracy when traced or redrawn. Outlined text keeps your design sharp and faithful.

Embossed & Printed Part

  • For embossed or debossed parts, submit your file in black & white only:
    • Black = raised (embossed)
    • White = recessed or background
  • If your label includes printed details, colors, or finishes (e.g. QR codes, gradients):
    • Please include a note in your email and/or label those parts clearly in your design.
    • A vector version of both the embossing and the print layers is ideal.

Line Weight & Readability

  • Embossed lines and elements must be:
    • At least 0.25–0.30 mm thick
    • Spaced ≥ 0.30 mm apart to maintain clarity
  • Text height: Minimum 2 mm for readability (1.8 mm possible, but not guaranteed)
✏️
If your text is too small, we may:
  • Resize it
  • Suggest alternate layout
  • Or take out it (if not feasible)
