Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use metal labels on round surfaces, like splashboards?

Yes, our 1mm labels are flexible and work perfectly on round surfaces such as splashboards when applied with our strong adhesive. For brass and copper materials, a stronger adhesive is required due to their stiffness.

Do you also have hard badges to apply on curved surfaces?

Yes we have. Our 2/3mm hard badges are not flexible, but we can make them with a requested radius. We can make screw holes in the badges so that it can be attached to the surface. It is also possible to design the back as a sticker.

Are any sizes possible?

Yes, we can print (but not emboss) a QR code on the labels. The QR code can direct users to your website, a service nuYes, almost. We don’t advise going for a size smaller than 25x25mm. The lettering and numbers won’t be readable unless the logo is really simple. You can also ask our customer service team for advice.mber, or other helpful resources.

Can I use the metal labels outdoors?

Yes, our metal labels are lacquered and tested for all-weather durability, making them ideal for outdoor use. However, tin material is less durable outdoors, so we recommend aluminum, copper, or brass for long-lasting results. Avoid exposure to detergents or salty water, as these can damage the labels over time.

Can you put a QR code on the labels?

That's possible. The QR-code can direct the bike owner or user to your website to see directly the service number for example.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 250 pieces, and orders can be placed conveniently through our online ordering system. First-time customers can order a 100-piece test package to try our service and finalize their designs.

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes, we offer sample packs to showcase our materials and finishes. You can also receive realistic mock-ups to visualize your design. Personalized samples are not available due to high start-up costs.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks after approval of the design. Each label is meticulously crafted to ensure top-quality results.
