What thickness are the metal labels?

Our stickers made metal labels are typically 1mm thick, offering both flexibility and durability. Pewter/tin labels are 0.16mm thick, copper and aluminum are 0.10mm, and brass is 0.06mm. Embossing and adhesive options are available.

Can the metal labels be used on curved surfaces?

Yes, the 1mm stickers made metal labels are flexible and can adhere to curved surfaces like splashboards when used with strong adhesive.

Are the metal labels suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, our metal labels are durable in all weather conditions. We coat all our metal materials with lacquer for added protection. Tin, however, is less suited for harsh environments.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 250 pieces. However, for first-time customers, we offer a smaller test package of 100 pieces. This allows you to try our service and finalize your label design before placing a larger order. 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks after the digital design is approved. Each custom made labels is crafted with care through manual and artisanal steps.

Can I test the quality before I order?  

Yes, and we highly recommend it! You can order our Metal Labels Sample Pack to feel the materials, compare finishes, and test how they look on your bike before placing a full order.
